Company Background

SEAFCO, established in 1974, became a registered public limited company in 2004 under the Public Limited Companies Act and was subsequently listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Presently, SEAFCO operates with a paid-up capital of Thai Baht 406 million and a market capitalization of Thai Baht 1,822 million. In 2007, the company initiated its international expansion by founding SEAFCO-RYOBI PTE LTD in Singapore; however, it divested its shares in 2009. In 2013, SEAFCO expanded into the Myanmar market, founding SEAFCO (MYANMAR) COMPANY LIMITED.
