Thai Rotary Engineering Public Company Limited (TREL) also recorded ad increase in segmental revenue from S$27 million to S$42 million, largely brought about by the local market’s recognition of TREL as one of Thailand’s most reliable engineering and contracting companies in the oil-and-gas, as well as petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Following the successful completion of its earlier tank farm project, Siam Cement Group awarded TREL with a further four more contracts involving the engineering, procurement and construction of its tank farms. TREL also continued to receive order from Thai Tank Terminal for its on-going expansion project, and from other repeat customers such as Repco and Petrofac International, during the year.
TREL obtained the ASME “U”, “U2”, “S”, “PP”, “R”, “NB” Stamp accreditations in 2004. Through these accreditations, TREL can now market its capability in manufacturing pressure vessels, thereby enhancing the range of services offered to its clients.
