The Thai office started in 2005 as a research office to provide high quality analysis on listed Thai companies for its clients globally. Subsequently CIMB-GK acquired a stock broking license in Thailand and began its investment banking, underwriting and stock broking business here in March 2007. Today CIMB-GK Securities Thailand has a staff force of 38 people servicing clients both locally and abroad.
