Mr. Tan Wei Luo is the Managing Director, InternationalMarket & Growth at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA),where he leads the Institute’s internationalisation efforts, strategicpartnerships and regional growth initiatives.
Prior to his current appointment, he served as DivisionalDirector, Qualification, Education & Partnership, where he spearheaded thegrowth and development of the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification(SCAQ), strengthening its standing as a globally recognised professionalqualification.
In his current role, Wei Luo drives ISCA’s internationalengagement by forging strategic partnerships with professional bodies,universities and industry stakeholders across the region. He has led theestablishment of collaborations with international institutions and leadinguniversities in Southeast Asia and China, advancing academic partnerships,professional pathways and talent development opportunities for aspiringaccountants. He also champions regional capability-building initiatives,working closely with governments, professional accountancy organisations andindustry partners to strengthen the accountancy profession and support thedevelopment of finance professionals across the region.
Ms. Jade Koh
Regional Director, Thailand and Vietnam

Ms Jade KOH is Regional Director of Thailand and Vietnam at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). She is responsible for facilitating investment interests across Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore.
Prior to her current role, Jade was with EDB’s Consumer Division and was responsible for the promotion and development of new business and investment opportunities with the Consumer Packaged Goods sector in Singapore. She was also from the Resource and Carbon Division, the planning and policy team overseeing the development of policies and incentive products to support Singapore-based companies on their decarbonisation efforts. She joined EDB in 2017.
Jade graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Sociology
Ms. Tanita Sirisup, Deputy SecretaryGeneral
Thailand Board of Investment
Ms. Tanita Sirisup, Deputy Secretary General, Thailand Boardof Investment (BOI) joined the BOI as an investment promotion officer in 1997. She was awarded the Outstanding Civil Servant in 2010. Her important positionsinclude Assistant Director of the BOI Office in Frankfurt, Germany, Director ofthe BOI Office in Los Angeles and Director of the BOI Office in New York, USA, Director of the International Affairs Division, Director of the ForeignInvestment Marketing Division and Investment Advisor (Plan and Policy Analyst,Advisory Level).
Ms. Tanita Sirisup graduated with first-class honors in a Bachelor of Artsdegree from Chulalongkorn University. She earned a Master's Degree inInternational Studies and Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and AfricanStudies (SOAS), University of London, U.K., and later a Master's Degree inPublic Policy from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS)in Tokyo, Japan (Japanese Government’s Young Leaders Program Scholarship).

M.L. Bhuthong Thongyai, Deputy Director General of the Department of Business Development (DBD), Ministry of Commerce, has over three decades of experience in trade, business regulation, and economic development. He joined the Ministry of Commerce in 1990 as an Economist in the Department of Trade Negotiations. His key appointments include Trade Commissioner at the Department of International Trade Promotion in Sydney, Australia, Director of the Service Business Division, Trade Officer (Expert Level) in the Business Registration Division, and currently Deputy Director General of the Department of Business Development.
In his current role, he oversees the Business Accounting Supervision Division, Foreign Business Administration Division, Finance Division, Corporate Governance Division, and Service Business Division, leading initiatives to strengthen Thailand's business environment, promote good corporate governance, and enhance the country's competitiveness.
M.L. Bhuthong holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Australian National University.
Mr. Robin Loh, Chairman
Singapore – Thai Chamber of Commerce
Mr. Robin Loh is the Chairman of the Singapore-Thai Chamber of Commerce (STCC), which supports business collaboration between Singapore and Thailand.
In this role, he supports STCC activities, business networking, and information sharing among members, helping to strengthen connections and encourage cooperation between the two countries. He is also the Managing director of a logistics company in Thailand, Dawn Shipping Group, which is headquartered in Singapore.
